Very good drum capacity, can open the door during the cycle. Only annoying thing is it adjusts time based of the weight of the washing so will add an hr on once the washing has started if a big load.

Been using this washing machine for about a week and it's performing brilliantly. Nice and quiet and does the job really well. 5* also to AO for fantastic service.

If I could give it a minus I would. Hands down the worst machine I have ever owned. 7 weeks in and I’ve had the engineer out. The filter blocks at the drop of a hat, and today it won’t spin a single duvet. A duvet that has been washed in a much smaller capacity machine. Total TOTAL wast of money.

I love it, as long as you follow the the guide. It's very easy and extremely quiet. Would definitely recommend ??

A great machine I love it. Took a while to figure out how to do the fast wash at first but now I know, I use it all the time.

The item itself is very good for value but one of the delivery people who delivered clearly hates his job and people. Maybe he was having a bad day and after, I made the mistake not to realise that purchasing the gold package did not include installation. I only asked what I needed to do to install it. One tried to help but the other shouted at him. Short of time, more work than. Hours to do it in, hard breaking work. All of this I understand but what would it have cost to take 30 seconds to explain. It’s a shame as really dampened my experience of AO

The quietest washing machine I’ve ever had. The drum is big for the whole family. The guys that brought and fitted it were fab! Kind friendly and very quick, they left it all tidy after too! Very happy with this purchase!

I hate this machine and I feel cheated. I wanted one that would do a good wash in about an hour and would spin well so that drying time would be reduced. Maddeningly, the one hour one just doesn't clean properly and wont go above a 800 spin. It also doesn't rinse properly unless you push the add extra water button which then adds to the time. The only programme that washes properly takes over two hours and still doesn't spin at 1400. When you've got 2 or 3 loads per day this length of time is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this lousy machine to anyone. It also beeps at you which I find infuriating.
