    Disappointed

    3/5
Have to say I am disappointed in this oven. The great thing about it is the hide and slide door which to be fair is why I purchased it. It is difficult to clean. The instructions say use hot soapy water. Doesn't touch it. Only had it a few weeks so it shouldn't have marked as much as it has. The light coloured interior shows burnt splashs badly. Today cleaned the door and a little water managed to get between the 2 panes of glass. Not a problem I thought. Read instructions. Am going to have to pay to get someone in the completely remove the door in order to clean between the 2 pieces of glass. It is impossible for me to do it myself. It's totally impractical. Have found I have to cook at least 20oC higher with this oven than any I have had before and the grill is a real pain, having to keep door closed which means I burnt my hand the first time I used it trying to remove the grill pan and also to bet thngs brown you have to have a really high temperature which then risks burning the food. For the same price I could have bought 2 double ovens so expected so much more of it

    Hide n Slide - fab!

Great replacement oven for my defunct 25 year old whirlpool. Easy to use, great control, love the door and fast warm up function. Grill is volcanic. I can pretend I'm on GBBO ( with more disasters). Stylish , easy to clean and fits In perfectly in my kitchen. Short review only as I need to get on with more baking.

    Love the hide and slide

Bought it for the hide and slide feature. But oven is nice and simple to operate. Downside you have to reset the clock every time you power it down (get a grip Neff I’ve got a cheap watch that works off sunlight and corrects itself from an atomic clock, and you can’t keep the time correct when you isolate power).

    My new Neff oven

I haven’t had the oven long but it’s been as good as my old one that I had for many years. It’s sleek and being able to slide away the door aids easier removable of dishes and stops me from knocking my legs on it. This used to happen often. the handbook is extensive so I haven’t discovered all the aspects no doubt. A bit of bed time reading!! The only down side is that the clock only displays the chosen temperature when in cooking mode - before I had a constant clock. I do like the light in the oven though as it stops the need for constant opening and checking.

Only had the oven a week or so but we are in pressed with it so far. We both like the ease of operation and the way the door smoothly folds underneath the oven, allowing great access when loading or unloading the oven.

    Perfect
