Looks lovely and wash feature is fine but shrunk all our babies clothing as you cannot set the drying temp. The process the have it returned has been very painful.

This machine looks very fancy but it is functionally useless. When It is "working" it decides that clothes are dry and ends the cycle early when they are still wet, despite being well withing the 5kg capacity for the cycle. There is no way to set drying temperature which means there is a high risk of shrinking clothes, and this has caused several arguments with my partner. Half the time you use a dry cycle it will just display "ERR" on the screen and become completely unresponsive. I phoned customer support to see if they could tell me what was causing the error but they immediately just offered to replace the unit. I think instead I will send this one back and buy a different one.

I had to make a quick purchase after my 9 yr old Hotpoint washer dryer broke down I browsed across many websites and various brands. I chose this washing machine because it met my criteria of medium household capacity, good energy rating, decent spin rpm, fits into the space and has drying capabilities. I love the option of turning any wash into a quicker wash by pressing the Fast+ option, the dryer settings can work with a wash or on its own. The overall cycles take less time than my previous Hotpoint which is great. The cycles are flexible so all sorts of combinations work well. The colour is a nice grey that doesn’t show every speck like my previous black washing machine did. However, I do find the little bit of water left in the rubber seal of the machine after a wash is done annoying, this has to be sponged out every time. I’ve also noticed a few drops of water on the floor by the door a few times after a load is done, I don’t understand how this gets out. The Bluetooth feature is pretty pointless, you need to set it up on the machine to be able to select a program using your phone within a few mins. If you try to operate the machine after a few mins from your phone it won’t let you. The only uses this feature has for me is it to set delayed cycles to end at specific times (especially handy for overnight loads), to check how long left on the machine or if the cycle is done, also would have liked a notification when the cycle has ended. Although the drum washing capacity is 8kg like my previous Hotpoint, the drum does seem smaller as I’m having to do smaller loads so the machine doesn’t get overfilled. Overall I’m happy with the purchase considering price point. I’m hoping this machine will last us a good number of years too!

Very good product. Previously had an LG but this developed a fault after just 2 years that wasn’t under warranty…took advise to purchase Beko and not disappointed. The spin cycle is slightly louder than previous washer but isn’t an issue. Love the downloadable cycles and Wifi enabled. Brilliant for family washing!

This washing machine has been perfect. Large capacity lets you wash a lot of clothes at once and it has bluetooth functionality so you can be anywhere in the house or garden and control it. Highly recommended!
