Looks lovely and wash feature is fine but shrunk all our babies clothing as you cannot set the drying temp. The process the have it returned has been very painful.

Lots of different programmes which mean you can pick one that suits you, including downloadable ones if you have the app. Very quiet and does not beep annoyingly when finished but plays a small tone and then shuts off after a few minutes. The drying function is also pretty good. My only complaint is that the delayed start time function displays as 'finishes in...' rather than 'starting at...'

I absolutely love in my beko washing machine. I am impressed with the colour graphite grey which his an usual colour but it blends in well with my units also wi fi part his great to have and to use this facility his good when you out and and want yo turn your washing machine off. This machine looks very fancy but it is functionally useless. When It is "working" it decides that clothes are dry and ends the cycle early when they are still wet, despite being well withing the 5kg capacity for the cycle. There is no way to set drying temperature which means there is a high risk of shrinking clothes, and this has caused several arguments with my partner. Half the time you use a dry cycle it will just display "ERR" on the screen and become completely unresponsive. I phoned customer support to see if they could tell me what was causing the error but they immediately just offered to replace the unit. I think instead I will send this one back and buy a different one.

Great product with integrated tumble dryer. Not very noisy, sleek style and friendly delivery.

Really disappointed for the price of it. Takes a whole day to wash and dry a load of clothes. Constantly increases the time of the cycle and leaves water in the drum. Will be contacting beko only just had it over a month. Not what I need with a baby. Would avoid

Everything was ok for the first 3 weeks, until it started leaking water from the front door (loading door). It is completely impossible to get in touch with beko customer service, as their online chat is always unavailable and their call center has 2 hours waiting time until in the end the line cuts off before you get to talk to someone. I would stay away from beko products in the future.
