Was very sceptical at first about a heat pump dryer but Very happy with it. Great size drum making for easy loading and unloading and the water collector being at the top makes it easy and convenient for emptying, saving your back in the process. Does exactly what’s expected of it. Takes slightly longer to dry things but the cost savings makes it a win win for me.

Looks great and I find it is not overly costly to run. It thinks for itself and usually shortens the cycle when the contents are dry. Easy to empty water out and reminds you to do that. Backlight in the drum is great

Brilliant drying, sensor halts the programme at just the right time. I can leave it and forget it.

Love my new tumble dryer. Especially the light inside that probable excited me more than it should have. Great machine and does exactly what it says.

Love My Beko Heat Pump Tumble Dryer it’s easy to use and definitely saves money on my energy meter! It’s easy to use and has some great features steam drying aswell very pleased!!!

Looks good. Seems to dry the clothes well and if it is as low on energy as advertised then I will be very happy. Quieter than my last BEKO.

Caveat first, we've only had this dryer for a short time. So far we have found the heat pump dryer to be at least as quick at drying items as our previous condenser dryer. Biggest positive is the reduced energy usage, in the region of one third to one half less. Pleased so far.

It's the best thing I've ever bought! So easy to use and it's quieter than expected. Made my life so much easier. I got the 9kg size, it's probably too big for just the two of us but for me it's the perfect size especially for beddings and towels. The dryer is intuitive. It has a sensor so the drying time will decrease if it's not too wet etc. I love the fact that I dont have to hang clothes up or turning on the heating just to dry out the laundry.
