If you just want an oven this is great. If you wanted to take advantage of the smart features built into this oven, it's extremely disappointing. You can control the oven from your phone when you're on the wifi, this works fine and you can set any mode going - the smart features work well But here's the thing, you have to have the dial set to point at the "enable remote start" setting at all times - this design is ridiculous, what's the point of a smart system if you have to walk over to it to move it into smart mode!? What's more having the dial set to smart mode makes the oven look wrong - like you've left it on all the time. What's even more annoying is there is a "permanent remote start" setting built into the over but for this to work the dial has to be put into the "enable smart mode" position. This is very poor design on Neff's side. I like the oven but this leaves me with a feeling of disappointment about my purchase.

As you would expect the oven works well. Slide and hide door is very useful in our kitchen as there is an island in front of the oven and it creates more space for moving around. Haven't tried the wifi features or app. Cooking wise it warms up quickly, provides accurate temperatures and seems to be fine. We are still adjusting our cooking times. We have used the roasting and pizza functions and these have given us good results. The only downside is that the drip tray/pan does not have a wire rack. Neff suggest you grill on the wire racks. This fine bar one point. If you pull out the wire rack to turn items there's no longer a drip tray below it!

Love this oven so easy to use and cleaning function is amazing. The home connect feature gives you a notification when the timer is up or when oven has reached temperature not tried the remote cook feature yet but would recommend this model. Delivery was prompt and with updates throughout the day.

This oven is what I would call a “dream oven”. It is not only very simple to use, but also extremely elegant in appearance. Best of all, for me a wheelchair user, the unique hide and slide door action is wonderful. No more try to stop my elbows getting burnt on a side opening door, or paying extra simply to have the door hinges on the side, adding to the cost, without making it a better all round oven. Thank you Neff for not only having an outstanding oven, but for your unique door system. All wheelchair users thank you, whether you thought of us or not! The instructions included are very clear and helpful. Being a multifunction oven, it is helpful to have each function explained. Knowing when and how to use these extra functions make using the oven even more pleasurable. Cleaning is so easy, even for someone such as myself who has limited mobility. There are two settings to help - Circotherm and Pyro. I have not, as yet, had to use the pyro setting as that is helpful for bunt on residue.

Absolutely love my new Neff hide n'slide single oven, I thought it would be hard switching from a gas cooker but it is so easy to use & my food comes out cooked nicely not burnt. I can't recommend this product highly enough. If you're thinking of buying this oven, stop thinking & buy it now.

So far we are really pleased with the oven. Installation was quick and smooth and the oven is really impressive with even heat and lots of different settings. The neatest feature, for those easily please like me, is the ability to not only see what temperature you’ve set the oven to but also to see the actual temperature inside. This is great for knowing if you’re putting the food in too quickly and not preheating long enough. Overall, really pleased!

Brilliant! Heats up so quick, so much better than my old oven. Really quiet and super easy to clean. Highly recommend.

It's a great oven, but please note you will need a screwdriver to release the glass pane to clean inside the oven door, and the fittings are German, so not possible to unscrew with a Philips or a flathead screwdriver. Neff could (/should) send out little screwdrivers with these ovens (Velux send them out with their products) so that customers in other countries are not caught out by this. I've now got to buy a set of Hexagon screwdrivers to find the right size to match my oven - other models have a simple clip to release the glass, not sure why all models aren't sold with this feature.
