no problem with the service from AO. but i am seriously thinking of returning this dryer, hardly any water is collected in the door container and moisture builds up in the cupboard and on the appliance . it is advertised and sold as a built in dryer but when you complain to hoover are told it should be in a well ventilated space, waiting for a hoover engineer to see if it is faulty or useless. I have had a condensing dryer before and never had this issue. don't buy as a replacement for a failed integrated unit.

The Hoover tumble dryer were missing parts needed to mount the cupboard door. AO promised to get the replacement parts and get the door installed ASAP, but a month later the parts are still on backorder and the installation remains incomplete. And then the tumble dryer started having an error telling me to empty the water container even though it is already empty. The machine refuses to work with the error. So now I'm with a brick that doesn't work and looks ugly because the door cannot be mounted. I wish I had never bought this tumble dryer.

Takes hours to dry washing, condensation in the kitchen and a second fluff filter where the plinth should be , so not a good integrated appliance I do not like this dryer at all

Quite and efficient, doesn't dry as quick as a vented tumble dryer, but much more energy efficient. Was surprised at how easily it is to empty the water container (it's in the door). I've found using this water for my steam generator iron means that it doesn't fur up much, this is very noticeable as I live in a very hard water area. Only real downside is it's expensive but that's to be expected for an integrated machine.

During most drying programs it produces a excessive amount of heat into the kitchen making it very unbearable during warm weather. It takes over twice as long to dry clothes.

Absolutely rubbish!!! takes about 7-8 hours to dry a medium sized load of washing. pretty much defeats the point of using a tumble dryer.

I was a bit sceptical about buying this tumble dryer as I haven’t had one before but I have been really pleased with it. Dries really well and I don’t have to iron much which is a bonus. Definitely would recommend it.

Very impressed with performance of this heat pump tumble dryer. Very quiet and although it takes longer to dry than the traditional dryer it’s very economical.
