Over all I would say this product is pretty good. It would have been a 5 star if not for the fact that two filters need defluffing every other use. If it was just the filter inside the door it wouldn’t be a problem but there is also one at the base behind the kickboard. The eco dry setting is very efficient and I love the Wi-Fi connectivity making it easy to setup and monitor.

pretty good to be fair. went for integrated model to hide appliance.. all good so far. Great delivery service. couldn't be happier.

Takes forever to dry anything

OVERALL PLEASED WITH PRODUCT,THESE NEW HEAT PUMP DRYERS TAKE A LOT LONGER TO DRY STUFF THAN THE OLDER DRYERS BUT ARE A LOT MORE EFFICIENT ON THE ELECTRIC SAVING YOU A FEW POUND ON THE ELECTRIC BILL

Been without a tumble dryer for a while, and needed an integrated one to hide in my new kitchen! This one fits the bill perfectly. Easy to use, lots of programs. Water containers fits into the door and is so easy to remove to empty. Love it!!

We've had this tumble dryer for 2 weeks. It's super quiet in comparison to our old vented dryer. Loving the wifi setting & app so that you can carefully choose the right setting & most economical. The water collector in the door is also a brilliant idea & means you never forget to empty. Things to be aware of when buying - 1) we've had to put a vent in our kickboard plinth to ensure ventilation. 2) We had an integrated tumble dryer before & we assumed it would be a like for like switch with the dimensions, but actually the holes for the door differ from where they were on our old machine & as a result we need a new door, but not a product fault, just something to be aware of as a purchaser. 3) Cycles are longer than our previous machine, but we understand that is due to energy efficiency. Overall, very happy, just hoping to see a reduction in energy bills now we've purchased this machine! Also AO service has been excellent.

This tumble dryer takes a little longer to dry stuff than my last one. The items feel damp when cycle finished but they soon feel OK after removing from machine. I found the machine quiet and easy to use, I would recommend.

Needed a new dryer after our old one gave up after 15 years of service . The reviews on this one left me with a bad feeling. But given there's not much choice on the market, I gave this one a try. And I'm incredibly positively surprised. Yes, does take a bit longer than my old vented dryer, but it does work incredibly well. Nothing to complain about.
