Poor performance, doesn't pick up with attachments fitted, brittle plastic on bin has broken after a month of owning us. Thoroughly disappointed.

Bought this after looking at several other models. Cleaner light and easy to use, does seem well made but drops a star because of a really weak catch on the cleaner head. Surprised at that as all other parts are well put together. Pleased with purchase and would recommend as a second cleaner (capacity to small for main unit). Good and easy to use attachments.

This is good machine if you have no arthritis in your hands

Replaced an old much cheaper version of a cordless cleaner - wish had upgraded to this earlier. Really light and easily manoeuvred around - more than long enough charge to do the whole house Love it

Our house is mostly laminate and tile flooring but with a few rugs so I was looking for something which would cover all floor types without having to switch anything, which is the main thing I love about this vacuum. The suction on hard floors is excellent, it would have been great if it was a bit more powerful on high pile carpet but I suppose it’s as powerful as you can expect from a cordless. It does feel quite cheap and plasticky but doesn’t necessarily feel flimsy and it does make it very light for pushing around. The battery life is plentiful for doing round the house and a few quick run rounds in between charging. I like how you can see the battery status rather than it just cutting out on you mid-use and it’s easy and convenient to charge. Overall very pleased with my purchase and the price.

It’s light weight, user friendly. Bought for an 80 year old lady who is super satisfied with it. She Loves the fact she can use it as a hand held and then clips onto the body so she doesn’t have to bend to the floor. Would recommend. Suction is much better than most other hand held vacuums I’ve used

This is a well designed and easy to use vacuum. I already had the old style of this hoover, but carry around the handheld part was a problem. This model is easy to remove and use. The tools also fit into the body of the hoover. It's very lightweight and easy to push around. I would really recommend this item to anyone, especially anyone disabled like me.

my wife loves it , no performance issues, much better than the Dyson it replaced.
