Overall, a good purchase. I wanted a lightweight, easily manoeuvrable cordless cleaner and this is what I got. I like the detachable unit so that it can easily be used for very small spaces and it has a much better charge capacity than several others I looked at as well as easy emptying. It also seems to have good suction power on carpet and hard flooring. One problem, however, has been the assembly of the part that secures the extending nozzle to the shaft of the cleaner. For love nor money, I have been unable to fit this and, to date, Bosch have been remarkably unhelpful. Five days on, and nobody has responded to assist. I won’t fully detail the asinine discussion with a customer service rep, who suggested I paid £117 for a service engineer to visit! Really? I will take any offers of advice on this while I await Bosch’s tardy response.

Very easy to use. The instructions did not show where the screw was supposed to be fitted. However, it was pretty obvious when I tried to use the vacuum cleaner because the handle came off! The cylinder collecting the dirt needs a good push to prevent it falling off. Overall, the product works well and does what it's suppose to do. I would recommend it.

Really good all round hoover. All accessories are stored on the body which is handy when going between floors. Long battery life is a plus, and the suction is pretty good but not the most powerful I've used, definitely good enough and the brushes help shift dirt. The body of the full vacuum is agile and can lie flat for getting under furniture, helped by a little light on the front. Would benefit from a wall mount, as due to the range of motion it has, it doesn't stand up well against a wall.

I love it. Light and easy to use. Solidly built and works well. Only negs would be, I'd have preferred a wall mountable charger and one of those flip bottom opening canisters. Apart from that, it's excellent especially for the price.

The instructions were a bit vague but I eventually worked out how to put it together. It picks up well enough but the dust container quickly fills up. The indicator light when charging is not very bright
