I guess I was unlucky! My 1st Beko fridge freezer stopped working after 18 months. But I liked the design (& the price!) so ordered another - this model - sadly it lasted 2 days! Crazy! I certainly won’t be buying another ... However, the amazing service I received from AO put that into the shadows. I can’t praise my customer service helper Daniel enough ... thank you for calming a crisis and finding a speedy solution to the problem. Very much appreciated AO.com Thank you

Delivery was on time and it was left ready for my husband to install. We waited the stipulated four hours and then he switched on; but was seriously concerned when it did not seem to start up. However, this was because it was so quiet he could not hear it! He had to put his ear against the cabinet to make sure - all was good. Door fixing was minimal trouble. The machine itself is roomier that our old machine and thus far, continues to be quiet and efficient. very pleased.

This integrated fridge freezer was very straightforward to fit causing no unexpected problems. I love that it doesn't need defrosting and also that the shelves and drawers are all clear plastic so that I can see exactly what is where. Since I am only 5'2" tall this is a great advantage. Not the most expensive on the market but I feel like it is good value for the price. I've not had it long but so far I'm very pleased with it.

Can’t believe the star quality of this product and the service from AO. From start to finish this has been exceptional. I wasn’t sure which size of integrated fridge freezer to get, rang AO with my measurements and received great advice. The price was very competitive and I paid for installation. My fridge freezer arrived On time with 2 excellent technicians fully supporting social distancing and wearing masks. My old item was removed and new one installed including the fitting of my cupboard doors. I couldn’t be happier. Superb service all round and very pleased with the product itself. It has great features for the price paid and looks well and is very practical. It has surpassed my expectations - superb product for a great price.

I bought this to replace my old fridge freezer which had broken down after just 8 years. This model has a good price point, generous capacity and kept my food cool so I can't fault the functionality, but I actually had to end up returning this as it's ***so loud***. I'm talking having to turn up my TV to drown it out and hearing it over my dishwasher loud -- I have an open plan kitchen and this model made it quite unpleasant to be *physically in my living room* because of the incessant buzzing this kept making. It got to the point where I asked Beko to send an engineer to check it just because it was bothering me so much, and the noise coming off from it was definitely higher than advertised (46dB vs 38dB) but they said basically they couldn't do anything about it. As I said, I couldn't live with the noise constantly filling up my living room so had to return it for a partial refund and bought a more expensive and quieter model. If you were going to have this in just your kitchen and had a separate living room, then maybe this could work for you. Otherwise, I'd really recommend considering something different.

Happy with this integral fridge freezer. Quite roomy inside.Wine rack is plus point. Delivery guys were great shifting to 3rd floor with smiles.

I am very pleased with my BEKO fridge freezer. Very roomy fridge space,super vegetable draw. It runs very quietly.
