Worked very well for 18 months. Then went bang - end of life. Out of warranty.

Great grinder, easily grinds fine enough for espresso. Like the vacuum seal on the hopper which means I can fill beans for a day at a time. Knocked off one star as the grind chute isn't particularly accurate and ends up being quite messy, missing the portafilter. Easily fixed by using a dosing cup available elsewhere for cheap however.

I have been using a Dualit burr grinder with a timer switch and collection box for the past few years for drip / v60 and a ceramic hand-grinder for espresso. This grinder can now do both tasks at a fraction of the speed and with much finder / repeatable increments. I have some concerns given how many reviews I have seen of this grinder giving up the ghost, but I am hoping it will last me longer.

Amazing product, simple to use and perfect for grinding fresh roasted coffee beans. We use ours with the sage espresso machine, so matches and work perfectly together. Amazing deal with AO, didn’t find a competitive price anywhere else.

Easy to setup. Grinds perfectly and gives consistent results. What's not to like?!

I have just purchased this grinder and after several day's use I am thoroughly satisfied. The hopper is just the right size for storing a pack of beans and is well sealed. It has been easy to find the grind size and timer setting to produce exactly the right amount of fragrant coffee for my Aeropress. I look forward to enjoying a great brew every morning, hopefully for a long time.

Once it’s setup it’s very easy to use. Great coffee especially now it’s been dialled in!
