The product being Bosch is absolutely as expected, however the service and system provided by Bosch to register the product or ask questions is incomplete and after about 1 hour and nearly giving up....! I actually found the correct model, but then having copied the Serial and Model number to their Website....it didn't recognise the model or the serial number. However never despair when you get similar problems after buying ANYTHING from AO....BECAUSE AO STAFF ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS CREATED BY MANUFACTURERS. Usual praise for AO....always THE BEST...

I was already happy that I’d made the right choice with this, but when I got it I found it was even better than expected! The only downside is the small dust collector, but in itself this isn’t a problem. Major advantage is the easily removable battery - I’ve had other cordless vacs where the battery is integral - when the battery goes its expensive to get them fixed. If the battery goes on this, it’s super easy to swap it out!

Great product for the price. Very quiet and lightweight. Looks stylish too. Charging cable could be slightly longer but this is a minor quibble. I have bought several Bosch appliances and have never been disappointed.

East to assemble,easy to use and excellent suction. We are both in our eighties so this is ideal for us

I have relied on my Henry hoover for the main lounge as I have 3 hairy dogs but needed also a reliable cordless for the rest of the house as lunging up a heavy hoover plus tripping over cord is not much fun in a 3 stori home . So love this Bosch only had to use the turbo when picking up something stubborn, can use the hand held part for my low ceilings, and it's lovely & light to carry around and it charges well , if I want a quick charge within the hour I use the Bosch home & garden charger . Only gripe would be that it fills up quickly. Ps it's nice & quiet as well ....bliss

This vacuum is excellent for the elderly or frail. It is light, easy to use and it can be taken apart or put together very easily which is exactly what I was looking for. It works very well and can change to turbo mode with just a click of a button. The attachments are very handy too. I am so glad I purchased this vacuum :)

Sleek light and seems very good on cleaning but only had if for short while so I’ve gave it 4 stars really can’t see a problem tho as I’ve had quite a few Bosch appliances in my home abb no duct had eyce all been superb
