Terrible dishwasher, even on intensive cycle every time items still come out a bit dirty. I’m using high end rinse-aid and dishwasher tablets. A lot worse than our previous Bosch dishwasher it replaced. Don’t waste your money and choose a different dishwasher.

We were very disappointed with our dishwasher. We had a second-hand Beko before that did us well. When I purchased this item, I chose it because of the following blurb on AO's site and I quote: "15 place settings - great for large households". Unfortunately, the machine has a tray at the top of the dishwasher for flat items like spatulas, etc. As a result of this shelf, the bottom section of the dishwasher has less height. This meant that our large plates did not fit in the dishwasher. They were too big and hit the rotating arm when placed on the (largest) bottom rack. We needed to replace our plates because of this and as such am NOT happy with the dishwasher that I was expecting to be able to fit our large plates, given that the previous Beko we had did. The machine itself is fine, wash cycles are a bit long for my liking but it works fine. Don't buy this if you have large plates. AO provided no information regarding the max plate size which would have been helpful in our case.

Don’t like this should have stuck with Bosch, taken the cutlery tray out to make more room in top rack . Have to dry everything by hand apart from plates , brand new expensive knives have rust spots . It is quiet and I just use the eco wash which does take just over 4 hrs but uses the least electric as i tested all programs

Not bad dishwasher , takes a bit of thinking about to get loading right else dosnt get clean but not a patch on my old Bosch. Around 26 p current rates for the eco setting which is 4 hrs but that’s the cheapest setting I’ve found . Cutlery drawer good now im used to it ! First one leaked but replaced quick enough but again they had to come Back as racks wouldn’t stay open . Would I buy this again ? No but didn’t want the plastic bottomed Bosch in my price range so hope this lasts a good few years .

I guess you get what you pay for - and this was a good price. Which? said it was noisy. I haven't found that at all. My criticisms would be these: Use guide poorly presented - piecemeal, and no actual explanation of all the icons on the display. Multi-use buttons are confusing. The water feed pipe length might work Ok if your supply is immediately behind the machine, but if it is offset, as mine is, it can be a stretch. I've had to remove the 3rd top tray in order to fit tall glasses in. An alternative might have been to lower the middle tray; tried that. The spinner then caught on the large plates in the bottom tray. The cutlery basket is a very poor design. too many slots virtually under the carry-handle making loading - and unloading - difficult. You'll need a thin spanner too to adjust the feet, certainly not the fat adjustable wrench they show in the guide! As far as performance is concerned, still haven't worked out the best programme, but I do know it does not dry as well as my previous machine, or the Beko I had before that.

Easy to use, good settings, but it just doesn’t clean well. We’ve tried different tablets and salts, but plates bowls and pans often come out with bits of food still on them.

This is a very good product which serves our large family well, so far. It has plenty of space. I'm not convinced about the cutlery draw though: it seems unnecessary and heavily soiled items don't always come out very clean. In addition, it seems that many of the programmes take a lot longer than I expected. The auto function, for example, is usually around two hours long. Although there is a "fast" button, it is not applicable to all of the programmes. All that said, I would recommend this dishwasher.

The product is great so far - exactly what we were looking for - just a shame that the delivery and installation was a complete shambles
