Have only used the eco cycle which is over 4 hours ! It is quiet and does a reasonable job. A pre weash of heavily stained items seems to be needed on eco which is disappointing.

Very quiet, and dose a job as should.

Great. Does the job. Sparkling dishes. WiFi connectivity is a novelty and I like it for setting DW to run overnight.

I purchased it as it had a low decibel rating. True to its word its quite quiet. as a bonus the machine has an internal light and best of all the door opens a couple of inches after the cycle is complete allowing everything to dry.

First item arrived faulty. Error code (1) presented, being a draining issue, meaning we had to tilt the dishwasher to drain the water out (over newly fitted flooring). We booked an engineer through Beko to assess the situation, but the dishwasher was declared a faulty item meaning we needed to contact AO to arrange delivery for replacement dishwasher. One star to say thank you for third call out, as we finally felt heard and could arrange for faulty dishwasher to be taken away. Second star for appearance of the dishwasher. Only two stars in total as we have not been impressed with the dishwasher, even after using the replacement since mid-January. Most cycles, if not every cycle we have completed, there is always an item that has not been cleaned - even on the 2-3hr intensive cycle. Many times a full tray needs washing after a cycle, and tends to be put through three washes to be ‘cleaned’. We place small loads on, more often than we would previously in hope for the dishwasher to wash the dishes. With the price of the dishwasher, we had really hoped this would be a great purchase. But sadly, would not recommend.

Does what it says. Plenty of room, like the upper cutlery tray. Trays are adjustable. Eco wash takes 4hrs but there are fast washes available. Love the door opening to allow dishes to air dry. Don't think I'll use the WiFi option though, feels like a pointless feature
