I have given this 1 star as the only good thing about this dishwasher is that it is quiet! It does clean all of the items first time unless you use the intensive option, just as well it is A rated as you have to put it on twice! Also, this is meant to be a large capacity dishwasher, but I can't fit as much as I could in my old one! The cutlery tray is very narrow. I am very disappointed with this dishwasher and would not recommend it to anyone, I wish I could afford to change it.

First item arrived faulty. Error code (1) presented, being a draining issue, meaning we had to tilt the dishwasher to drain the water out (over newly fitted flooring). We booked an engineer through Beko to assess the situation, but the dishwasher was declared a faulty item meaning we needed to contact AO to arrange delivery for replacement dishwasher. One star to say thank you for third call out, as we finally felt heard and could arrange for faulty dishwasher to be taken away. Second star for appearance of the dishwasher. Only two stars in total as we have not been impressed with the dishwasher, even after using the replacement since mid-January. Most cycles, if not every cycle we have completed, there is always an item that has not been cleaned - even on the 2-3hr intensive cycle. Many times a full tray needs washing after a cycle, and tends to be put through three washes to be ‘cleaned’. We place small loads on, more often than we would previously in hope for the dishwasher to wash the dishes. With the price of the dishwasher, we had really hoped this would be a great purchase. But sadly, would not recommend.

Have only used the eco cycle which is over 4 hours ! It is quiet and does a reasonable job. A pre weash of heavily stained items seems to be needed on eco which is disappointing.

Good to have A grade efficiency, quiet machine however have found after a few weeks that it doesn’t necessarily wash as good as our old Beko washing machine that was half the price

Some of the larger plates don't fit properly and sometimes the plates/bowls/mugs/cutlery aren't coming out completely clean. The buttons on the front are also a little bit fiddly. The dishwasher is very quiet though and the automatic door opening is handy to dry everything ready to be put away.

We bought this because the description said it was black and would match all of our other kitchen appliances. Please be aware that even though the description says black.... it's NOT black it's slate grey

Lovely machine so far. Once it was set-up it worked as expected with lots of space. Set-up was like arming a nuclear warhead in complexity and as for the wifi options I really don’t see the point. I want energy efficiency and a quality clean and dry and so far (2weeks!) it has delivered.

Quiet and spacious with good 'run' options.
