The first product that arrived appeared undamaged from the outside but when opened had obvious damage with several dents. Webchat service was good and the product replaced two days later. The second cooker hood was in good condition with far more packaging and wrappings than the first which made it obvious that the first one was not in original condition. If I hadn't been sent the recycled reject first I would have given a higher rating.

Good product, great price. Shame AO dont sell the specific carbon filters for this product as they are half globe filters, not the sheet ones i was expecting to use.

I’ve had baumatic for years and found it incredible reliable but the bearings on my old one finally gave out. The new one is quieter and more powerful. Good price, value for money.
