Looks great, not fitted yet but good spec with led lights and competitive price

Really smart looking. Much quieter than our old one. Seems very good value.

The hood is an attractive addition to our kitchen and was relatively easy to install. In operation it is quiet and works well although I would recommend mainly for small / medium kitchens. The reason for marking the appliance down is due to the manual and instructions for installation, the diagrams are minuscule. There was uncertainty over whether a part was missing from the appliance, contacting Candy / Hoover was easy but their staff seemed unsure of this issue. Basically it needs a better instruction manual!

This model is almost compatible with BT9.3GL. The price is low. But the mounting holes are slightly different and the glass panel is slightly larger. Therefore, I have to use the old glass panel. Fortunately, they are compatible. I have to replace the LED bulbs. The original LED bulbs are too white. The quality of the product is reasonably good, but not perfect, compared with e.g. Bosch. I have to buy carbon filter separately.

It's really good and performs well now it's in. The instructions were a bit curious as they had been translated from the Italian. But quite simple once I had got my head round them. They suggested attaching the glass canopy to the fan unit before lifting into position. I thought it was going to be a bit heavy so added the glass separately and it worked quite well. My low ceilings were a problem so had to reduce both chimney sections - did it with a set of tin snips.

My fitter did manage to fit, but had to drill new holes. I have to buy the carbon filter separately and it's not clear on how to fit it

Looks nice enough on the wall in new kitchen. Seems to work effectively and isn't too noisy.

Bought to replace previous model that packed up. Was disappointed they have changed mounting holes so wasnt a direct remove replace as had to drill new holes and no template inside to help you do this... I managed on my own though (52 year old female) who needs a man about the house.
