As always from ao good quality item I could pick and choose where and when yo have it delivered. Not many other places sell this particular model either so glad ao have a wider selection

Replacement cooker hood bought as original had failed. Managed to install this item with it any issues. Very easy instructions and all parts fitted without issue.

The cooker has very nice traditional look and fit into the kitchen like a valuable attribute. We bought it with black hood and it does make a set. Oven is nice and wide, top is easy to clean and I am very happy with the purchase. The AO team were very helpful and delivery came on time.

Product was as described - but had to spend a further £18 to get filters to attach to the extractor hood. Why sell a "complete" product that is incomplete?

Although this is a good product and easy to use ONCE installed it took so doing to get the top end of the hood installed. Firstly there was no ducting (flexible tubing) thast connect the main hood to the bit that directs the extracted air back into the room or externally. You would only need about 500mm but its not on the pack and it should be. Also had to get a second reducer for this arrangement. Also there is a bracket that fixes to the wall that the decorative cover fits too. The pre-drilled holes for this is about 25mm from the top if this decoritive cover and is tricky to get to if you don't have the right tools. Overall a good product however unless you are a DIYer this could be tricky to install yourself and you need to fork out for extras whicj I would have thought would be in the pack. it's not that it costs much but does mean another trip to the shops.
