Was in 2 minds whether to get another Beko after our last FF and should have listened to my gut instinct. Freezer was only in use for a week and already its Kaput. Good luck trying to get in touch with Beko as well with the never answering phone call. Terrible service.

Didn’t work from the moment it was plugged in. Fan doesn’t work. Beko took ages to answer our call, engineer due on 31st. Then a badly written text was sent to say they were too busy to send anyone. Appalling

only freezing bottom 4 compartments-clearly faulty. Im not the first to give this similar review. Should be a zero star

Overall this freezer looks good plenty of room in the drawers and shelves unfortunately only half the freezer was freezing 2 draws and shelves weren’t freezing prompt response sent out an engineer apparently a fan wasn’t working will now fit a new fan which I find strange as this is a brand new appliance personally I think this should have been replaced not fixed??

NOt sure about this freezer. Ice is appearing inside. Fitter will be back here tomorrow so hope he will be able to tell us why this is. Other than that it is good. Ao customer service is second to none. Sorry I keep going on about it but they really do a fine job

This is a frost free freezer at a really good price, the only downside is it doesn’t have a light internally.

Had a 13 year old previous version of this unit, which is testamount to its value, new version is great, only thing i miss is the dedicated ice tray..if i get 13 years out of this one to, ill be happy ??

Great value for money, takes a high load & the fact it’s integrated looks great
