Brilliant vaccum. Easy to use in wheelchair as its a light model. Battery life aroind an hr which is plenty for my one bedroom flat. Easy y to assemble as im disabled needed to be simple..... And it was. BRILLIANT PRODUCT.

Brilliant purchase very pleased with this cordless vacuum cleaner, I have two dogs so need to have a light easy to use vacuum cleaner that is good enough to pick dog hair off hard and soft surfaces. The vacuum performs brilliant at both kind of surface and has a fantastic pick up exceeding my expectations. Excellent tools for getting cobwebs and dust from hard to reach places . Excellent battery life and the filter is easy clean , easy to empty. Fantastic product very pleased .

Like a lot of people, I wanted a vacuum cleaner for use on a daily basis, doing the stairs etc but still keep a mains powered one for the big jobs - in my case a Henry. With this in mind I couldn't justify spending £400+ on a Dyson so began looking for alternatives. There are the cheap ones with unfamiliar names on other websites but I thought that if I was going to spend over £100 then I may as well go with a name that I know. Out of the box this is easy to put together and charge. I would have liked it to have come with a bracket or something to allow me to stand it against the wall but that's not a major issue and the reason I only gave it 4 stars. In use it sounds almost industrial, not quite a refined sounding as the Dyson but don't let that put you off. On laminate floors it picks up everything first time. I only have carpet on my stairs and top landing and it also removes dirt and dust with ease. it has a good battery life and unlike some others it would be easy to get a second battery for it as it uses the same ones as their power tools. Overall I am incredibly happy with this and it is every bit as good as the £400 ones that I also looked at.

I’ve just purchased a new Black & Decker vacuum cleaner. Very pleased with it. Neat to look at. Picks up well, especially if I use more powerful setting. Easy to use and comes with a crevice tool & pet hair tool. Would recommend this cleaner

Easy to assemble. Lightweight and good suction, although we've only used it for a few days so far. Easy to change attachments and empty.

Really good product, brush is superb, only issue I didn’t realise was battery and charger are separate so unlike other vacuums you can’t just hook it onto charger. You have to remove the battery and recharge. AO delivery service very good, very good communication.

Love this so easy to charge and use

I am very pleased with my new appliance, I am able to vacuum my whole house - just about with the battery provided.
