There were 2 accessories not packed at source. I don't know if the product will be good, I live in hope.

I've used this three times since having it, and I HATE vacuuming. This makes it so easy and enjoyable (I know, I was surprised too, but the 'headlights' make it so satisfying to see the dust disappear). It's easy to take apart to empty and clean (bar one little inaccessible bit way up inside the collection tub) and with the two speeds, doesn't suck in loose rugs and bathmats. I'm so very impressed and happy with this vacuum.

At the time of this review we have only had it for a week. In that time it has more than paid its way compared to our original old fashioned model. I like the idea of an hour+ runtime. Easy to use. Would like a slightly larger receptacle for rubbish but a first class machine.

Good vacume but small Dustbowl Capacity.

I was pleased at first with this product, it is quite a lot heavier than I had anticipated, but the performance was good. Unfortunately the power button seems to have 'burned out' and it won't switch on. AO do not deal with faults in warranty so I've gone back to Black & Decker as they instructed, all seemed simple at first, I was straight through to someone, filled in the form as instructed and told 10-14 days I will have the replacement, now a month has passed, no replacement and sat on hold for hours at a time trying to get some sort of update on when to expect it, no replies to my emails and I've not spoken to a soul at Black & Decker since my first contact. I've paid a pretty penny for an item that lasted just a few weeks before becoming faulty. I'm completely disheartened with it. I'm sure if you have no problems with the unit it will be a good investment, but the time I'm spending sat on hold, fruitlessly, isn't worth it for me.

Really happy with this happy so far. only had it a few weeks but it fitted together easily and seems to make of durable plastic. Really good suction in carpets. The charge seems to last more than enough to the house( ours is quite a small house though) I might look to get a spare battery in the. future. Really pleased.

So far so good - as a professional cleaner this vacuum will get lots of use. I bought this to replace my Dyson V10 (which I didn’t want to spend out on again!) Nice design, flattens nicely to go under furniture too. The long battery running duration is handy too, that was my biggest criteria for a new cordless.

This is so much easier than our old Dyson - we moved house and wanted something that would be easy to lug around, no cable to keep plugging in or vacuum body to worry about on the stairs! This has better suction than our old vacuum, and it comes with all the heads we need at once. My partner was wowed by the headlights as he calls them!
