Not 7 months of useage and the steel is smothered in small 'rust' spots. Hundreds of them. It looks truly awful and is an unacceptably poor quality of steel. My last stove was still going strong after 21 years - I am treating the current hob with the same diligence as my last, but it needs chucking. Have spent thousands on a beautiful kitchen only to have it spoiled by this nasty looking hob. Warranty only covers faulty mechanics. Not shoddy quality. Steer well clear.

Really impressed with the hob and the overall service from AO. I asked for my old hob to be recycled and the new one fitted and the engineers were efficient and went over and above ( my new hob was slightly wider) The hob itself is solid and looks very stylish and so far, easy to clean and works well. Would recommend the hob.

Installation of the Beaumatic stainless steel gas hob was straightforward .The appliance installation instructions were clear giving cut out dimensions for hob opening and appliance clearances to surrounding fixtures.Gas inlet elbows 2 types were supplied,electrical flex comes without a plug.LPG conversion kit included.Adjustment of low simmer rate is a nice feature for this hob.The appliance looks nice when installation completed and works very well.

Has a built in safety system where it turns the gas off after a few seconds if left on. Well made and easy to clean

Hob came well packed, the instructions were clear enough and being a Gas Safe fitter was able to fit the hob with no problems. The hob works well and the pan rests are steady
