I baught this around six weeks ago, initially we had a problem with a loud clicking noise which after a bit of use stopped (was reported)Overall a good oven for the price, decent features and easy to use.The reason for the three stars is the fan is quite loud compared against my previous oven.

Bought about a month ago, used many times, works well, stinks like crazy when cooking for the first few times which we weren''t prepared for and despite the gap in our unit matching the description of the item it didnt fit properly and we had to adjust the gap height so the oven didnt touch the worktop. Allow an extra 5cm ish in your measurements.

I am pleased with this oven but couldn''t work out how to use the top oven.This would be useful as I live on my own and would prefer sometimes to use it.

I bought this a month ago and it fits perfectly into the space I had. It was bought to replace my previous oven. The product looks good but unfortunately it doesn''t seem to heat as well as my old oven. It doesn''t seem to heat as well as I thought it would.

Looks nice and is nice and quiet but the oven does not seem to get hot enough and food takes a lot longer to cook than it is supposed to unless you turn the oven to a lot higher that the required cooking temperature.

The dials are very confusing. To switch off your need to turn the dial to 12 o’clock but the indicator is so tiny it isn’t easy to recognise. The function of the top and bottom oven are not very clear but I suppose i will get used to them. Both top and bottom oven are very roomy which I love. Clean and neat and nice to look at. Efficiency i don’t know as I’m still trying to master the dials

Looks good, only came with two shelves (3 would have been nice), and no fitting rails for underneath to support it, I re-used my old ones. Easy to use.

The product was fine and good value for money. However the delivery was a day late causing me to wait in fruitlessly. The cooker did not come with a grill pan. The potential additional costs such as fitting, timed delivery and removing old appliances and packaging, are excessive.
