The oven was unexpectedly bigger than my last oven so the existing carcass had to be cut so that it would fit in. There was no paperwork inside it - no instructions or warranty etc so I’ve had to download the instructions from the website. So far oven temperature seems fine but grill has a few cold spots that don’t heat up.

Delivery guys were great! Cooker functions fine but is sub par in the fittings department,as there were no brackets or legs for fitting, had a real pain fitting it and leveling it, had to buy brackets which cost £18.50. Also there is no wire mesh for the grill and no handle for the grill? Very poor. Disappointed AO does not state any of this on there web site, if i had Known about these things i would of bought a different cooker.

Looks good and very simple to use. Please note that the ovens are quite small and it does come with a grill tray and rack in the top oven.

Good product but not as described, bought this one as supposed to slope at the back to leave room.for the gas pipe.to hob but has a handle at the back that was in the way, so had to lower brackets to fit in space

Love the double electric oven. The oven I removed was identical measurements (width, height and depth) to what was on the website but the new oven did not fit due to an existing gas pipe for my hob. I had to lower the ledge to sit the new oven on and am having to arrange for the Base board to be adjusted and for a new piece of board to be added to the too at the front to account for this. The oven was bought initially for the measurements, then based on the good review's of the product so that is why it was not returned. Good delivery service and disposal of old oven.

Looks good, but little things like no racks for the grill pans make it feel cheap. Didn’t come with fitting brackets for the built under worktop as described in instruction manual. Once fitted though looks the part.

The delivery lads carried this into my kitchen for me without any complaint and communication from ao was excellent. I have had this appliance for a week now. AO.com offered 10% discount to NHS staff, which was brilliant! When it came, it wouldn't fit in to the space below my gas hob without alteration to the kitchen unit, took me a day to do this but once fitted it looks great. This built under double oven comes from the cheaper end of the market and it shows here and there in the product. For example, the top oven door doesn't close smoothly (might just be mine) and there is no self-cleaning mode. Having said that, the fan oven is much quieter than my old oven and seems to warm up very quickly. It could do with larger thermostat lights or an audible warning when the oven has heated up to the required temperature, but these are minor quibbles. The ability to have "full grill" or "half grill" is a bonus. Overall, I am pleased with the product and only time will tell if it has longevity.

Had to secure oven to Cabinet with two fixing screws in underside of worktop. After weeks use very satisfied.
