This oven was middle of the road price wise. The buttons I agree with other reviews are a little flimsy wonder how long will last. Only used the grill so far which was ok - not the fastest. The instructions that come with the oven are a joke it doesn’t tell you how to burn in the oven or if it needs it! (Looked it up on google) gives you two pages of how to roast a turkey and make a fruit cake though! Bit disappointing only one shelf in oven could do with two. Air fry System just means use fan oven option with the air fry tray All in all you get what you pay for.

Avoid! We had two of these delivered and both were faulty! The worst fan noise you can imagine on both of them! The so called air fry function is actually a fan assisted oven. Very disappointed with the product. Almost a month without an oven until today when I had a Beko delivered and is working as you would expect an oven to work. The only positive is the quick resolution from AO.

AO were good and the online ordering worked with on time delivery. The oven was faulty ( making a periodic noise which sounded as though the fan was obstructed ) and dealing with Hisense has not been easy. 4 days after reporting the fault, we chased them up and are now waiting for contact from their regional inspection subcontractors.

Oven looks smart and has a good range of functions though I haven't had it long enough to test all of those. Baked a Victoria sandwich which came out very well, nicely evenly cooked. I think it will do the job well. It comes with 2 shelves, 2 grill pans and the air fryer tray which seemed a bit odd, I probably would have preferred 3 shelves and 1 grill pan, also hard not to leave marks on the touch timer when you are cooking but those are very minor quibbles only.

Good works well

Straightforward and quick delivery from AO. Easy to install and operate. Air fry tray for chips ensures chips are evenly cooked. Pleased with what I have seen so far.

Very good spec and performance for the price, though the buttons could have been if a higher quality.

Love the oven in general. 2 small points to consider when buying, it states air fryer, pizza and oven mode, this reads like multiple settings - this is the same setting 'oven on'. Second point is buttons are cheep and flimsy. Does the job though and relatively cheep.
