Very good communication from start til the end. Drivers were very helpful. The produce is easy to use. Good quality for the price. Shame their ECO cycles are too long (more than 3 hours...)

For the price it is about average. Very quiet at the moment, being new they are always quieter of course. Easy to use just two gripes hence the four stars. No instructions what the 2sec button is for. Had to download the instruction booklet to find out when it could have been put in the one that comes with the machine. Just wanted to make sure it was what I thought. Would also be better if the machine allowed you to change the speed of the spin instead of presetting everything. Other than that it is value for money.

Levelled above washing machine perfectly not as stable as my previous Indesit machine which was replaced by this one.

Professionally installed by a friendly & efficient operator. It works as stated and lives up to the reviews online. I would recommend the company and the item to anyone needing a new washing machine. A very satisfied customer but one not easily convinced.
