Much better than our last washing machine. Cycle times are quite long but good size drum and had no issues so far with removing stains from clothes.

Lovely quiet machine, simple instructions easy to use.

The integrated Whirlpool washing machine this one replaced had identical dimensions and gave 27 years of great service, without any maintenance or repairs, before it developed a small intermittent fault. This new one from AO has more wash programmes, a larger capacity of 9kg, spins drier and it's easier to access the drum than was the case with our old model from the 1990s. I would prefer it to be dual -hot and cold- fill rather than cold fill only as this would save on expensive electricity, but apparently such machines are no longer manufactured. Altogether, though, we are very pleased indeed with our new Whirlpool BIWMWG91484UK. The only question now, as with all modern white goods, is: How many years will it last in service?

This washing machine seems to work well, has a nice big drum and various short and long programmes. The only negative thing that I would highlight is that although it says it is 9kg machine, this only applies to certain programmes. Many of them are recommended at only half that weight and some at even less. However, I've been filling up the machine on it's 1 hour 'various types of clothes' programme, and it has been washing well. Not sure how many kilos it is but seems to be fine.

Quiet and efficient

Loving my new washing machine washes really well spin is good . It even looks good for a washing machine I love it .

We have only had this a short time but really like the digital display and knowing how long is left on a wash. It is our first Whirlpool so we did not know what to expect but are really pleased. Clothes are much dryer after a spin than our old machine. Fab service from AO as well.
