Great product. Easy to use and also easy to dismantle for cleaning. Not too heavy like some other blenders either.

Purchased to make smoothies. Don't overload and I kept my hand on the lid when operating. The blade assembly is very stiff to detach and it needs to be tightened as far as it will go to avoid leakage. I intend to rinse out the jug after use or use the self clean option to avoid removing the blade assembly again. I am pleased with this blender. It replaced a smaller model and I feel it will last much longer.
