I have used it once it is a little heavier than i thought but the power is amazing!

Fabulous product, great suction, but far bulkier than I envisaged. My own fault for not checking measurements, but too large for my petite frame and 3 bed semi. I struggle to handle it. Will consider donating it to a charity with a large hall and purchase something smaller. Too late to return it sadly.

The hoover is quiet but powerful, and has worked well on both wooden floor and carpet.

Excellent product, a bit on the heavy side to carry but cleans like a dream. Cuts down on having to mop hard floors too often, and has given old carpet new life without the fuss of a shampoo. Stores away neatly. Not cheap, but definitely get what you pay for and lives up to the brand's reputation.

Great machine - suction is incredible. Really smooth on wooden and tiled floors as well as powerful on carpets. Easy to empty the cylinder; accessories are well stored. Had previous Miele vacuum cleaner for 15 years - confident for more of the same with this one!

This vacuum cleaner is everything you need to clean your floors, the downside it’s a bit heavy for me but I’m a lightweight ..so most things are heavy to me. But to me it’s the best make on the market Miele are a bit more expensive but they are supposed to be built to last for years .this is my first product with them so we she see. The suction is fatastic I went for baglless as I didn’t want to buying bags every month ...the plastic see thru box let’s you know when to empty .I did my whole house 3 bed house top to bottom and it didn’t need emptied but I did .it just goes to show it takes lots of dust and dirt ...self cleaning filters was another tick for me ...I must admit I have always enjoyed vacuuming.but it even more for me now as I do see a difference.

Bought this to replace my old vacuum that just wasn't doing the job. So impressed by the power of this vacuum! It has all of the attachments I could need. I was put off by the price initially but seems sturdy and feels like it will last for years, so I would say it is worth the investment.
