Purchased Dec 2019 sent back January 2020, did not want it back. Dropped the contents of the collection bin into the machine when removing to empty, on many occasion, the metal anti static strip in the handle fell out and dust filter clogged again, went back again, a week ago. Still do not want it back. Miele tell me I have the wrong kind of dust and the life time filter (replaced twice) is not a life time filter. I have a wood burner, I do not use the Miele to vacuum wood ash as have an ash vacuum for that job. It does not handle larger items either as these block the first filter. if you want to vacuum fluff its probably ok. Also heavy and quite large. Would not buy another Miele anything.

Fabulous product, great suction, but far bulkier than I envisaged. My own fault for not checking measurements, but too large for my petite frame and 3 bed semi. I struggle to handle it. Will consider donating it to a charity with a large hall and purchase something smaller. Too late to return it sadly.

works fine but is very cumbersome.Not suitable for a small house or a person of similar stature.Seems like a bit of a dinosaur to me!

The suction on vacuum is brilliant. Picks up all the teeny tiny bits that my previous one would miss. Floors and carpets look new even after a quick once over. The only thing that let's this product down is the head it comes with it. Its ment to work on both hard flooring and carpet but I found was not great on either. I separately ordered hard floor tool and turbo brush. These were game changers and I love hoovering now!! Bit frustrated about extra cost but got vacuum on offer and definitely well worth it. Yes the hoover is a little more bulky but because of the wheels being designed in a certain way it glides across the floor unlike my previous Dyson pull along that would fall over when I gave it a tug. The other very small niggle I will mention is there are two on-board tools that conveniently clip onto the vacuum however no where for the dust brush?! Just seems very odd would have been so much more convenient to keep all small tools together on unit. My first Miele purchase and won't be going back to previous manufacturer.

Seems fine so far, although a little larger and heavier than we think is ideal. Love the variable speed control and the quiet operation. Of course the big test is how long it will last. The only complaint is that on some carpets the suction is too great even on the lowest speed, it feels to me that the foot needs some little grooves cut into its rim to let some air in.

Clearly expensive, but manufactured with real quality. Build to last and I has every belief it'll do so.

Good quality product. Solid. Does everything it says it does. I don't have much carpet, mostly hard floor. Have to use it with the brush head raised up as it sucks so hard against the floor, also need to open the air vent on the side. 4 suction settings. Good length extension pole. Great cable length. Have not had to empty yet but it seems straightforward. Brush is well made. Easy to pull behind you. This is a heavy vacuum to lift and is on the large size as stated in the spec. Happy with purchase.
