This is a great vacuum cleaner. The colour and style make our 13 year old Miele look a bit dated. Our new one has a fault from new with the cable not locking when extended, and is going back, but we have re-ordered the same. It works on all our surfaces and is easy to manoeuvre and store. It’s our first bag less model and needs a little more care when emptying the bagged vacuum models, but saves on bag costs. You can also view the level of waste collected easily. The accessories are good. Perhaps a small minus is that there is no on-board storage for the small brush fitting.

Easy to use. Relatively compact and quiet. Suction comparable with my previous 30 year old 2kw Vax, so it should be cheaper to run and I will be very pleased if it lasts as long.

Highly effective suction at low power, easy to pull and moves freely. Adapts with ease to rugs and hard floors. Made a massive difference to previous vacuums, copes with two big dogs fur around the house quickly.

Can't go wrong with a Miele and pleased to say the bagless option is just as good as the bagged variety. It is a bit heavy but the performance more than makes up for this small issue

The suction on vacuum is brilliant. Picks up all the teeny tiny bits that my previous one would miss. Floors and carpets look new even after a quick once over. The only thing that let's this product down is the head it comes with it. Its ment to work on both hard flooring and carpet but I found was not great on either. I separately ordered hard floor tool and turbo brush. These were game changers and I love hoovering now!! Bit frustrated about extra cost but got vacuum on offer and definitely well worth it. Yes the hoover is a little more bulky but because of the wheels being designed in a certain way it glides across the floor unlike my previous Dyson pull along that would fall over when I gave it a tug. The other very small niggle I will mention is there are two on-board tools that conveniently clip onto the vacuum however no where for the dust brush?! Just seems very odd would have been so much more convenient to keep all small tools together on unit. My first Miele purchase and won't be going back to previous manufacturer.

Amazing hoover. Very light, incredible power and flexible. It looks fantastic as well.

Seems fine so far, although a little larger and heavier than we think is ideal. Love the variable speed control and the quiet operation. Of course the big test is how long it will last. The only complaint is that on some carpets the suction is too great even on the lowest speed, it feels to me that the foot needs some little grooves cut into its rim to let some air in.

Clearly expensive, but manufactured with real quality. Build to last and I has every belief it'll do so.
