Previously I had a condenser dryer - the clothes came out bone dry, whereas with this dryer they come out freshly dried. So far the only downside is having to empty the water tank.

Great tumble dryer. It does take a while to dry the clothes but I only really use it for towels and sheets which I part dry in front of my Rayburn. Easy to empty the water container and to clean the filters. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Fits great into a standard space in our kitchen. Looks smart. A good range of programmes. Easy to empty the water and clean the filter. Does take longer than I expected to dry, but this is due to it being a heat pump. Bedding hasn't been dry using the setting. Needed to go on at least once more. Overall I would recommend this product. The large capacity is great.

Dries well & quickly. Has multiple settings and a big enough drum that sheets / duvet covers don’t get too creased. Not overly noisy. Great value for money and a great energy rating. Very impressed.

Very good product , delivery excellent and efficient

It's only 3 weeks since I bought it, so I can't talk about reliability, but so far I am delighted with the dryer. I am glad I bought the 10kg model - no larger on the outside and little difference in price. Once you get into the manual you see it only takes 10kg on the "Cottons" or "Cottons Eco" settings. For example the "Synthetics", "Mix", "Bedding" and "Jeans" settings only take up to 4kg each. But I have just been using the "Cottons" setting for a mixed load and set it to low temperature and anti-crease and it's fine. Before I bought the dryer I was hanging up my laundry to dry. Apart from the time this took, the laundry would come out stiff and coarse. By comparison, the dryer does a great job of softening the laundry - no need for fabric softeners. The anti-crease setting means that if you don't immediately unload it, it carries on giving a few turns every minute or two till you unload. Works well. Yes it does take a long time (though a lot less than hang drying!) but it comes out very well. And the time delay function means you can set it to start at night to be ready in the morning. The fluff collector is easy to access and I'd recommend cleaning it after each load (only takes a minute).

Glad we got the larger size load capacity as tend to do a lot of washes/ drying each week. Quieter than our old drier and really easy to programme. Would get one like this again.
