The purchase is easy and decent. The appliance itself is decent, even though there is one adjustable leg missing, connecting waste hose to the drier is almost impossible (no access for a hand to get in), first cycle did not stop at all. The customer support is somewhat helpful. The engineer that came to fix issues - useless.

Machine is slow to dry clothes and will finish with the clothes not fully dry. You then need to re-start the programme. Takes a long time to dry an average load

Really like this dryer, it’s very quiet and a good size and dries the clothes well.

We're very pleased with the tumble dryer so far. The drying cycles are longer than our previous dryer but this is to be expected with the heat pump function.

Great dryer and although it takes slightly longer than the condenser style that it replaced the items do not come out red hot. My only criticism is purely an aesthetic one...the picture doesn't show it but the door when closed sits proud by a couple of centimetres. This is not a major issue but the visible rim is black and so I find every time I pass the dryer I am pushing the door as it looks to be slightly open. I'm starting to annoy myself when I do it. I have no idea why they would not have it white like the rest of the machine.

It is a good one. Does the job well. It definitely worth it :) I just don't give 5 starts because takes a bit longer to dry and it is a bit too loud.
