Great value for money product and the clothes are almost dry the spin is so effective

Extremely pleased with my purchase, great choice of wash settings including Eco Wash and 1400 spin speed, easy to use and reasonably quiet so definitely no complaints as far superior to my old machine. Also very impressed by the helpful and speedy delivery service - I can definitely recommend AO and will use again in the future.

Brilliant ,great size ,just what I needed

Really good product delivered quickly, no complaints as yet. Was concerned as we hadn’t heard of the brand but it’s been brilliant so far. Is not as deep as others either so fits nice but is still 7kg.

Good selection of settings and quiet when running. I especially like that you can see how long the cycle will take. Very good value for money.

We wanted to buy an integrated washing machine and we read good reviews on this model. With less than a month of purchase it broke down. We have contacted Baumatic, the manufacturer, and it’s been weeks and they have not sent an engineer to check on the appliance and, when Baumatic was contacted by AO, they wrongfully alleged that they did follow up by text message and phone call which honestly isn’t the case. Although AO customer service has been helpful, we won’t recommend buying this item based on the poor quality of the product and the bad customer service from Baumatic.
