We wanted to buy an integrated washing machine and we read good reviews on this model. With less than a month of purchase it broke down. We have contacted Baumatic, the manufacturer, and it’s been weeks and they have not sent an engineer to check on the appliance and, when Baumatic was contacted by AO, they wrongfully alleged that they did follow up by text message and phone call which honestly isn’t the case. Although AO customer service has been helpful, we won’t recommend buying this item based on the poor quality of the product and the bad customer service from Baumatic.

Very impressed. We hadn't heard of baumatic before but it's a lovely machine very quiet and easy to use.so far so good.

I bought a Baumatic Integral BWMI 1472D3/1washing machine. Very happy with this item. It was easily installed and simple to use. The options of quick washes are handy and the machine is quiet running. Door a little tricky to apply but other than that no problems.

52cm depth is really useful as anything deeper for us, sticks out ruining the line of our kitchen. Washes clothes well (based on first 3 washes), Quiet - we're open plan so we would notice if it wasn't. Recommended.
