Looks Good. Like the fact that the heat comes out horizontally. Ok thats the good bits. Bad things - The remote mutes the TV. You can't have the fire effect on as it sounds like a little chap is inside hamering away. I should have bought a TV with a fire screen saver and a simple fan heater. TV £100, Fan Heater £30 total £130 and it would work better than this does. First star is for the easy of nstallation. 2nd star is for the look of it. Total waste of money though - look for something else.

Great Fire

A good fire, very stylish and easy to install. Noise wise, you notice when the fan is on but that's to be expected, what I wasn't expecting was the very loud beep it makes when you change the temp or fire style. I can hear it across the house! So one star off for that, but other than that I'm very happy indeed.

Took me a while to figure out the remote control but well worth the effort! This fire replaced my last Bizet which worked on switches , the remote was not as easy as the switches. This model's remote is very good and necessary. Just hope I don't mislay it...it is very small! I am delighted to see there is a cooling fan on this product as well as the heating elements.

Having looked at fire place specialist shops I wasn’t expecting to find anything affordable. Lovely looking and can’t wait to add it to the lounge of my new home!
