Bought this add on with our new Dishwasher. Have had the magnet fitted and hopefully it helps though I was a bit miffed to read our new DW has a water softener built in so possibly didn’t need it all! But it did say for very hard water additional softening maybe needed so I guess it can’t hurt! The tablets seem fine and the cleaner Will be handy at some point but honestly I’d probably not bother next time.

Useful to have the magnet to target hard water. Bought it alongside a Bosch washing machine.

Needed Salt if it is a care pack that enables you to set up the dishwasher.

It is what you pay for really. Need time to see if the limescale reducer works well

Not our best ever impulse buy when buying the dishwasher - not our worst either but not really what we were expecting (nor should have expected for the price).

Not particularly enamid with this product. The only thing I think is really useful is the limescale attachement. Most of the contents are for use much later in the liefe of the dishwasher.

The pack was good but I think it should have included salt and rinse aid. I still had to go to buy these before I could use my dishwasher for the first time. I think a 'starter' pack would be better.

This has positive reviews and I have not had mine for very long, but I'm finding the handle stiff to open and struggling to make the machine stand solid, and not to rock the contents about. I'm a bit disappointed
