after searching through several different options for our microwave we opted for the Neff grill and microwave as it Looks fantastic and matches our Neff inbuilt oven perfectly! It has all the features of a microwave but the addition of the grill feature make this even more useful when needing that extra bit of oven space when cooking for a large number of people or that extensive Sunday roast! Delivery was expertly handled with a friendly team of Covid aware delivery people. Excellent communication from AO all the way through order process. Highly recommended!

Perfect for my needs - one of the few models available that fit into the space in my new fitted kitchen.

The product we received was an exact match for our oven and they look great together. The microwave and grill at 900W is fabulous although I struggled to find the door button (doh it’s electronic). On the whole, very satisfied with performance and value for money.

Loving the look of my new microwave , still not understanding it fully yet. Instruction book is pretty hard to follow. Only time will tell if I ever use it to the full potential

I was limited in choice as my housing only has space for a 38cm unit above my existing oven. This microwave matches the Neff built in oven perfectly. It was very easy to install and looks great. Since there is no turntable the size is proving adequate for a family of 4. There are a good selection of programs with good results so far. Reasonably quiet.

This is the first new microwave I have had for 15 years and I was worried about no turntable and it not having a 1000 power setting. The 900 setting seems to be as fast as I would expect and the lack of a turntable is a bonus I think and one less thing to go wrong with it. The grill is fabulous.

Had to replace our eye level microwave but in a wall unit with shallow height.. There’s not too many choices, but this was the pick of the bunch. Happy so far, easy to fit.. Only concern is everything nowadays is touch screen electronics and we liked the buttons! Technology eh? AO service once again to be applauded
