Last one broke after three years. In spite of this wanted the same model to match oven that was underneath. This model much quieter than the last. Improvements have been made. Very happy with this one. Fingers crossed that it lasts more than three years!

As always the neff appliance is great quality. Customer could not get their head round there was no turntable and had metal tray and rungs.

The product is amazing. Only issue was with the courier not delivering on the date stated, and again the second delivery date it did not arrive. AO were very good trying to sort it out but still i had to miss two days work as they would not leave it with anyone else.
