I would not buy this product again as it fell apart after two days. Appliance online were very helpful but Samsung were useless - that is when you could get though. We were weeks without a hob.

Good heat control for this type of hob. Good security devices. Really pleased with this appliance.

smart to look at, easy to clean. quick heating. one i had before i could'nt use my copper bottom pans they were very slow, But on this one they work as normal. had no need to buy new ones. i already told a friend ans has purchased and feels same as me. the only fault i wished they supplied the correct glass scraper to go with it. onlu used hob brite once per week and just wash with a little soapy water.everyone admires it. much cleaner and better without knobs. i am 69 and find it very easy its just on or off and temp up to level needed. GRAT FANTASTIC

Very straightforward to use. The controls are simple and it's much easier to clean than my old hob which had raised buttons which trapped the dirt.

Ordered on-line for our daughter's new kitchen. The ordering and delivery worked faultlessly, with the goods and timing exactly as promised. The hob is good quality, the fitting instructions were clear and so far it is performing well.
