Washer works fine. The dryer makes clothes more wet than before. Hopefully, AO agreed to replace it soon, and I will be able to give a better review soon

Nice and quiet washing machine, with really large drum. Using the machine is very simple, and glad I purchased it. Nice 10 year warranty so nothing to worry about.

This is beyond horrendous!!, The setting options are terrible, when it's on a spin it feels like my house is going to collapse!!!!!

Unpacked it easily enough and removed the transport screws. A bit confusing that there were rubber buffers as well as the spacers that had to be removed but I worked it out. The washer is deeper than my last Hoover one and I had to re-route some water pipes behind it to make room. I've only used it twice but works fine. The programmes are a bit different than I'm used to but the ECO programme at 40 degrees seems to be fine for everyday washing of mixed fabrics.

Value for money. Quick wash is excellent. If you have a full load though you’ll need to switch the spin speed to the highest otherwise the clothes remain very wet.
