This product looks decent, but it's a bit useless. Although the clothes come out reasonably clean, they are sopping wet. I put them back on to spin a few times, and they're still soaked through. I'm very unimpressed and will looking to swap it for a better model.

Great product, great delivery team. Wide range of washing cycles to cover all washing needs. 15min and 30min cycles for when you need those quick washes. Great drying function, clothes come out bone dry.

The washer / dryer is very good but i wouldn't put the full 8kgs load in as the spin circle at 1400rpm shakes against the adjoining cupboards very loudly especially if towels are in the load. Ive placed tea towels either sides down the sides of the w/dryer to soften the noise against the cupboards

Washer works fine. The dryer makes clothes more wet than before. Hopefully, AO agreed to replace it soon, and I will be able to give a better review soon

Didn’t need a new washing machine but after seeing my daughters new washer dryer and how economical it seems to be decided to get one for ourselves. Went on same site she bought hers from but really pleased it was out of stock, so looked on ao.com as had purchased from them previously, found identical washer dryer couldn’t believe price difference it was a win win deal. The washer does a great wash every thing comes out cleaner, not had to use dryer side yet but sure it will be really good come winter. Delivery driver and mate were really good, polite when passing me sat in lounge in my wheelchair.

Took some effort to work out how to use,instructions not the easiest to follow.Having worked out the programs I will used I an happy with my purchase.

Really happy with this washer/dryer but could do with more instructions as I’m still not sure how to time the tumble dryer on it’s own .the wash comes out perfect ??
