Instructions are poor need to explain what the options are on the dial and for the buttons on the digital display! 1st wash and dry last for well over 5 hours in no way should should a wash and dry last that long!!!

This product looks decent, but it's a bit useless. Although the clothes come out reasonably clean, they are sopping wet. I put them back on to spin a few times, and they're still soaked through. I'm very unimpressed and will looking to swap it for a better model.

This is beyond horrendous!!, The setting options are terrible, when it's on a spin it feels like my house is going to collapse!!!!!

Washer works fine. The dryer makes clothes more wet than before. Hopefully, AO agreed to replace it soon, and I will be able to give a better review soon

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS MACHINE, I HAD A HOOVER W/D PRIOR TO THIS AND WAS MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY, THIS MACHINE HAS FIXED SETTINGS I CANNOT DO A 40 OR 60 WASH WITH A 1400 SPIN IT WONT LET YOU AND THE WASH CYCLES ARE TOO LONG 2 HOURS 57 MIN FOR AN ECO WASH !!! COTTON SHIRTS 30c TOO LOW A 1000 SPIN AND 1 HOUR 17MIN THESE ARE NOT GOOD TIMES ,OR USER FRIENDLY,AND CANNOT BE CHANGED TO YOUR OWN TASTE .WILL NOT BUY THIS MAKE AGAIN

No complaints about it as a washing machine. Lots of options and easy to adapt and manoeuvre between. Dryer is the opposite. It's supposed to pick up how heavy the washing is and adjust the drying time accordingly which it does but no matter how many clothes I'm drying they always come out damp first time round. Then there is no easy way to just put it on for another 20 minutes as you can't set drying time yourself. So I have been putting it on the shortest possible cycle and hoping it will adjust but materials end up dangerously hot even on supposed low heat.

Good price. Sturdy machine. Very long washer cycles. Dryer doesn’t work so well, even with small loads but that may be typical of washer dryer machines.

There is a metal top to the washer dryer that gets very hot. The first time I used the dryer it took 3 hours and the clothes were still soaking. The next time I only put a few clothes in and they dried. I purchased this machine because all the reviews were good. This needs balancing. Also ao offered to fit the machine for £100 but it took me 10 minutes.
