Stopped working after 7 months. Lost over £100 of freezer food. Nightmare getting hold of candy to try to get it fixed.

The fridge freezer came on time . Plugged it in and the freezer doesn’t work . Had a right rigmarole trying to ring AO to say it had broken then to be told ring the manufacturer to sort . Wanted it for Xmas for all the food etc , an engineer is coming out on the 24 th so hoping he can fix it otherwise Xmas is ruined .

I’m so disappointed with this fridge freezer. The shelving inside is cheap and seems flimsy. The freezer is the biggest disappointment the drawers are really small and shallow. For something which on the outside it so big to be met with such a small interior. I won’t ever buy a dodge freezer again online. It’s important to see what you’re buying as it’s clear what you get varies. I’m single but do a lot of batch cooking. I will manage but I’m glad I’m not a small family otherwise I’d really struggle. Good value for money but freezer draws was smaller than I expected

The fridge freezer is nice, not as big as my last one though and came with a big dent in the side. Haven't had a reply back from AO yet either but it's a nice product.

Product is quite nice, biggest issue is that the shelves although there are different heights you can’t fit a mayo or tomato sauce bottle between standing up (normal size), could fit smaller bottle I suppose. It could be put in the door but we normally have the door slot filled with our milk.
