This was bought to replace an older dishwasher which had developed a fault. This dishwasher seems to be as good as any, dishes are certainly very clean. The manual is rubbish and not helpful at all, the English translations are poor and it refers to digital displays which this model does not have. The dishwasher was delivered with a new style antiflood hose which has a rectangular box on one end. No instructions in manual as to which end attached to the dishwasher (it's the normal hose end). As someone else mentioned 10.5" plates don't fit in the bottom rack unless you raise the upper basket. However this now means the upper basket is too small to fit side plates on. I'm able to fit pasta bowls, dinner plates and side plates in the bottom so the top rack is now mainly used for cooking utensils and the odd cereal bowl. The cutlery basket can be moved about and the prongs on the bottom rack can lie flat, useful for washing larger pots of a wok. There is a 'Zoom' quick wash which is 32 minutes long, a rinse program and 3 others ranging from an eco one which take 296 minutes. I To use, you load the dishes, add the detergent and then press the power on button. The program light comes on and pressing the program button repeatedly cycles the light along to the one you choose. Confusingly the three buttons showing wash, rinse and dry stage of the program also double up for the 3hr, 6hr and 9hr timer delay. You then press the start button. The program light flashes while it is running and There is an audible beep at the end of the cycle and the machine powers off. If you press the ON button there is no way to switch it back off, you just have to leave it and it will power off itself.

Love it! Lots of room, well made and quiet. The only thing is would say is that the instructions for the cycles are awful. Just so people know P5 is the zoom function in the middle … just press the P button 5 times. It doesn’t tell u this and lists it as P5. It’s the quick wash setting so quite important ?? still really like it though - washes very well!

Should have been better; the sections in the top of the cutlery basket are too small for anything but the slimmest utensils. the top shelf is "wonky " on the right hand side and my mugs fall over as I push the shelf back in. however the salt filler is quite close to the front of the machine (which is quite good). I doesn't dry the washed contents which is a bit of a niggle!

Great product for a great price. Only used it a few times as yet because I've only had it a week but very impressed so far. The zoom wash is brilliant. Dishes came out sparkling after a 32 minute programme. The settings are easy to understand. Top rack can be adjusted in height. Very quiet. Easy to install. No complaints so far. Would recommend.

My first marriage lasted longer than this dishwasher. But it did see out the warranty before deciding to stop working. Avoid.

Dishwasher lasted only 6 months (used once per day). I have had the repairman out twice under warranty but he was unable to fix the problem and so I will be supplied with a replacement. Unfortunately the repairman told me he has seen similar problems on the same model many times! My recommendation would be to avoid this purchase. Apart from the issue above, the dishwasher worked ok, but the lower rack is not designed well - the gaps are very large, so you cannot place smaller items such as cups or small bowls without them slipping through.

It's not so much the product that's been an issue - it's the installation. There is currently a leak when we use the dishwasher, so we're waiting for an installer to come back to fix the issue. We're having to wait 5 days for this to happen.

Easy to install, works amazingly well. Easy to use. Fits perfectly into our small kitchen. Really is great value for money. Couldn’t recommend enough.
