Great indoor all round machine, only used twice but great results as yet on hard floor and refreshing a carpet. Haven’t found anything to complain about .

Excellent product that is easy to use. The refillable water and cleaning solution containers are easy to fill . The steam heats up in less than a minute which then is ready to use! The Vax steamer has lots of useful tools that are super convient to use on ovens bathrooms windows carpets and even a scrubber for the more stubborn floor stains!! Highly recommended ??

Excellent product... having a German shepherd is like living with a dirty mop now the seasons are changing it cleans through muddy paw prints and keeps the floors clean and smelling amazing the attachments make it a breeze cleaning the oven and hob ...this is one of the best investments I have made ..

Does clean well, Citrus add on smells nice

Not used yet as a Christmas ( she will be pleased ??) present, looks quality though.

This is so much better than the previous version. The steam boost really cleans up the floor and for this bits that won't come off, there are even bristles to give it a scrub as well as a steam. I would have no hesitation in buying this model again.

It's brilliant light weight very easy to use ,and the results I've had cleaning are amazing .
