Excellent little espresso machine, makes a much better coffee then my previous, much more expensive machines. Warm to ready time is very quick. And noise level is bear minimum. It also has a auto shut off which i find very handy. It's easy to use & clean. Not the quickest to froth but it's ok can't fault it so far.

As with all coffee machines, it has its annoying querks. The espresso is great and better than previous two machines. The steamer is a little slow but nothing too annoying. The one thing you'll have to live with is that the milk drys and sticks to the metal steamer so needs a moist scrubby to clean even if you try immediately after frothing.

This is an absolutely fantastic machine for the money, it works well, is easy to use and clean. And makes an excellent espresso and good latte. Milk frothing is quick and simple. Highly recommended

With no unnecessary frills, this espresso machine gets the job done and produces a tasty coffee. I find the frothing attachment on the steam wand makes skimmed milk too foamy so I unclip it.

Machine is great.. so easy to use and it makes fantastic coffee. Can't really fault it - great value AND great performance.

First one arrived promptly but was faulty.No quibble from AO..Machine collected and new one delivered within 48hours.Brilliant service from AO.The machine itself makes a very good cup of coffee although a little noisey.A larger cup can be used by removing the drip tray.Best to pour hot water from the machine into the cup first in order to ensure a hot coffee.Makes coffee very quickly.Would recommend this machine and AO.Brilliant service.

I like the fact that it is compact, easy to use and clean. Most importantly it makes a very good cup of coffee. We have had friends over for a long weekend and it saw a lot of use! Everyone liked it and it’s lattes! I thought that the milk wand was a nice little addition. The reason I only gave 4 out of 5 is that the machine is very light weight and moves very easily on the counter top when I turn the coffee arm. It could do with stickier feet on the bottom.

This replaced a 5 year old Delonghi Scultura that the pump had failed on. At a third of the price it makes great coffee, heats up quicker and doesn't drip for ages like the Delonghi.
