    We had to return this product as it did not work. The agent that helped us was great and we instead exchanged this for a stand-alone freezer.

    Faulty item.

    Faulty item. Having waiting 3 weeks with two orders cancelled by AO due to stock issues, the delivery guys, who were amazing, delivered the fridge freezer. However it is faulty and not reaching safe / cold enough temperatures so having stocked it up I've now wasted lots of money as food not safe to eat. Called Beko whose system was down so they couldn't register the fault yet and I was just told to turn it up to max and wipe the seal with a hot cloth! Done both, no difference. Stuck currently with a faulty fridge freezer .

    Dented fridge freezer delivered. We didn’t notice and delivery men who unpacked didn’t tell us.

    It was delivered with two small dents at base of fridge door. The original delivery men said it wasnt on their delivery note to change doors over. So AO did kindly say second delivery men( who were lovely) two days later would swap doors. Laid it down carefully to do the swap and we saw the dents. These must have been seen by the first delivery men who unpacked the item outside or caused by them. In my dimly lighted kitchen looking down, we didn’t see. It was two identical dents, about 3 inches up from bottom of door and about 8 inches apart… delivery trolley. Come on AO.. delivering damaged goods!!!

    Noisy

    We have had this new fridge freezer for a week. The order and delivery was fine, however we bought this product because all the reviews said it was quite, but we find it a lot more noisy than the previous beko fridge freezer it was replacing. We had this no 16 years and was great. The only reason we bought this was because of the reviews. All we get is an almost constant loud humming and wooshing noise. We are now waiting for beko to send out an engineer.

    Wetness from fridge

    I am disappointed with my fridge freezer, my items that are at the back of the fridge is always wet, I have tried the temperature at 3, 4, and 5, with always the same effect. Sorry but I wouldn’t but another Beko.

    Bad delivery driver resulting in another 72 hours wait

    The product is fine, correct colour, brilliant size, ideal when it eventually arrived, 72 hours late after the original driver got stroppy at being unable to find a new build and put the phone down on me and drove off.
