The fridge freezer is fine, and works as expected. It is very quiet, which is lovely. However, we have been unable to switch the doors over to left hand, as the part that has to be removed from the top is immovable. The documentation is very sparse and hard to understand. There is no obvious way to get help with this.

Product faulty on delivery. Still waiting for someone to come and have a look at it.

Had two in the space of 1 week first was cracked and second had a broken thermostat due to this I lost a freezer full of food

Decent fridge freezer at a competitive price. Seems to be working very well so no issues with it.

Be warned...... Having previously bought several Beko silver products we bought this online. We were shocked to discover on delivery that it is not silver at all but a dark flat colour ....more like graphite. Definitely NOT silver as you would think if you had previously bought Beko products . Very disappointed. Looks awful in the kitchen.

Brilliant it look so good and the freezer side is perfect the draws are a great size and ease to take in and out. The fridge side is just as good. Runs without you knowing it’s on. Would recommend it to all my family if the need a new one.
